SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Makhario. We aim to deliver your favourite products safely, quickly, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains our delivery process, timelines, charges, and shipping-related terms.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.
  • During peak seasons, festivals, or sales, order processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Urban Areas: 4–7 business days
  • Rural / Remote Areas: 6–10 business days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control such as courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or operational issues.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.
  • Cash-on-Delivery (COD), if enabled, may include additional charges.

4. Shipping Partners

  • We work with trusted, reliable logistic partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your products.
  • All shipments are trackable through the tracking link shared via email/SMS.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number
  • A link to track your shipment in real time
  • You can also track your order via your My Account → Orders section on the website.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • The courier partner will make 1–3 attempts to deliver your order.
  • If you are not available, the package may be returned to us.
  • In such cases, you may need to pay additional shipping charges for re-delivery.

7. Incorrect Address / Non-Delivery

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Wrong contact details
  • Unavailability of the customer
  • Refusal to accept the package

If the package returns to us, shipping charges may be deducted from refunds (as per our Return & Refund Policy).

8. Damaged or Tampered Deliveries

  • If you receive a package that is damaged, tampered, or opened:
  • Do NOT accept the delivery
  • Immediately take photos/videos of the package
  • Contact us within 24 hours of the attempted delivery

We will assist with a replacement or resolution as per our Return & Refund Policy.

9. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
  • We are working to make Makhario available globally soon.

10. Delivery Restrictions

  • Some pin codes may not be serviceable due to courier limitations.
  • If your location is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout or contacted by our support team.
