1. Return & Replacement Eligibility
Due to the nature of food products, we accept returns or offer replacements only under the following conditions:
✔ You received a damaged or tampered product
✔ You received a wrong item
✔ You received a product with quality issues
To be eligible:
- You must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Clear photos/videos of the issue must be shared for verification.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Taste preferences
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
- Used or partially consumed items
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are provided in the following cases:
✔ Order cancelled before dispatch
✔ Product not delivered due to serviceability issues
✔ Verified damaged/wrong product case
Refund Method:
Refunds are processed to the original payment method (UPI/Card/Wallet/Net banking) or as store credit, based on your preference.
Refund Timeframe:
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.
3. Replacement Policy
If the issue is verified (damage, wrong item, poor quality), we will arrange a free replacement of the same product.
Replacements are subject to:
- Product availability
- Serviceable pin code
If the product is unavailable, you may choose:
A refund or An alternate product of equal value
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used food products
- Items without original packaging
- Products damaged after delivery due to improper storage
- Free items or promotional giveaways
5. How to Raise a Return or Refund Request
Please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed as per the Refund Policy.
7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
If a delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect/incomplete address
- Wrong phone number
- Unavailability of the customer
- Refusal to accept delivery
Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund, if applicable.
8. Fraud or Misuse
We reserve the right to decline returns, replacements, or refunds if:
- Multiple return requests are made frequently
- Products appear used or tampered with
- False claims or fraudulent activities are suspected
